Infinity Dance Inc. believes that every student should be presented with the opportunity to learn from highly trained, certified, and experienced instructors. We believe that every student (competitive and recreational) deserves to learn in a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment. At Infinity Dance we proudly present all of our students with internationally recognized syllabus classes with the opportunity to be examined at competitive/affordable prices (Royal Academy of Dance, ADAPT Jazz and Tap, Acrobatic Arts, etc).
STEPHANIE GRONNING
STUDIO OWNER AND DIRECTOR, INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER

Miss Stephanie has been teaching since 2010 and is excited to kick off her 16th year as an instructor and 8th season as the proud owner and Artistic Director of Infinity Dance.
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, she grew up as a competitive dancer and is trained in RAD Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and Modern. She holds certifications through the Royal Academy of Dance (CBTS/RTS), ADAPT (Jazz & Tap), Acrobatic Arts, Progressing Ballet Technique, Ready, Set, Dance, Discover Dance, and more. She also holds a Level 1 Early Childhood Development certificate.
Stephanie regularly attends the Dance Teacher Web and other training opportunities to stay motivated and continue learning from top industry leaders. In 2022, she earned her Level 1 Teaching Certificate in Las Vegas after completing coursework in anatomy, ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and early childhood development.
She is also a Mentor for the Royal Academy of Dance’s CBTS program and a competition adjudicator, offering thoughtful and supportive feedback to dancers and fellow instructors across Canada.
Stephanie has choreographed and led student performances at Walt Disney World and aboard the Carnival Splendor. She is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space where dancers of all ages can grow and shine.
As a mom of three and studio owner, life is always busy—but she wouldn’t have it any other way! Miss Stephanie can’t wait for another incredible season of dance, growth, and unforgettable memories with the Infinity Dance Family. Let’s make this the best year yet!
HEATHER SEIB
ASSISTANT STUDIO DIRECTOR & DIRECTOR OF RECREATIONAL PROGRAMMING
ADAPT, ADTA, PBT, EARLY CHILDHOOD DANCE EDUCATION
Miss Heather has been a dance instructor/choreographer within our community for the last 18 years. She specializes in Hip Hop, Acro, Musical Theatre, and Contemporary. Miss Heather has had the opportunity to travel and perform with dance groups such as Epo, J-Fish, and her college dance team, R.U. She has travelled with students to multiple competitions including Las Vegas, Nevada and has won multiple trophies and choreography awards.
Miss Heather is certified in ADAPT Jazz & Tap, Early Childhood Dance Education (Discover Dance), Progressing Ballet Technique, Ready, Set, Dance teacher training, and most recently received her Level 1 Certificate through the University of Las Vegas! During her time in Las Vegas, she studied anatomy and early childhood development, and spent time continuing her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and HipHop! Miss Heather is continuing her education while training through the Acro Dance Teachers Association!
She has cannot wait to head into her 8th season as an Instructor/Choreographer with Infinity Dance and her 18th season as a Dance Instructor!
Karli Martens
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Meet Miss Karli!
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Miss Karli has been part of the Infinity Dance family since our very first season in 2018! She began dancing at age 9 and quickly fell in love with both performing and teaching, joining us as an assistant instructor during our inaugural year.
Karli has trained extensively in Jazz, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap, and Lyrical. She is currently studying Kinesiology and is pursuing dance as her focused career path. Her dedication to her students and her craft shines through in every class she teaches.
She holds certifications in Progressing Ballet Technique, Progressive Contemporary Technique, Acrobatic Arts Module 1, and Ready, Set, Dance! Karli is also a proud graduate of the ADAPT Teacher Training School. This summer, she’ll be completing her Module 2 Acrobatic Arts certification as well as her Aerial and Back Handspring certifications! She is excited to also be attending the AcroLive Teacher Conference to expand her acro teaching techniques and learn fresh, exciting new skills to bring back to her students.
Fun fact: Karli is also a certified lifeguard!
Miss Karli has a natural connection with children and is passionate about helping them grow in both confidence and skill. We’re so excited to see her continue to thrive as an educator and role model at Infinity Dance!
MARISSA SODERO-SYKES
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Infinity Dance is thrilled to welcome back Miss Marissa for another exciting season! A member of the Infinity family since our inaugural year in 2018, Marissa brings a deep love for dance and a wealth of experience to every class she teaches.
She trained extensively in Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Ballet, and Pointe, completing all of her ballet exams through the Royal Academy of Dance. Marissa holds certifications in Progressive Ballet Technique, Acrobatic Dance (ADTA), and Ready, Set, Dance, and is currently completing her ADAPT Jazz and Tap Teacher Training.
In 2021, she began performing professionally with Disney Cruise Line as a character dancer. Marissa was part of the Fantasy16 and Fantasy19 casts aboard the Disney Fantasy, joined the media cast on the Disney Wish for its transatlantic voyage, and helped launch the Wish1 cast on its maiden cruise. After five incredible contracts, she’s officially back home in Medicine Hat—and we couldn’t be more excited!
Marissa is also a recent graduate of the Nursing program at Medicine Hat College and is now a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). When she’s not at the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family and inspiring the next generation of dancers through movement, music, and mentorship.
She lives by the motto: “If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it’s yours. If not, it was never meant to be.” We’re so happy that dance—and Infinity—called her home again.
Fun fact: She’s a proud Disney addict—and we love her for it!
CLAIRE MCILRAVEY
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
We are THRILLED to have Miss Claire on our Infinity Dance teaching team for the 2024/25 season!
Claire began her dance journey in the competitive scene right here in Medicine Hat and became part of the Infinity Dance family in 2019 as both a student and assistant instructor. Since then, she’s continued to grow as a dancer, mentor, and educator.
She has trained extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Contemporary, and Lyrical. Claire has completed her teaching certifications with Ready, Set, Dance! and Acrobatic Arts—and she’s now pursuing her ADAPT Jazz and Tap teaching certifications as well!
Claire is passionate about working with young dancers and is excited to continue learning, growing, and inspiring the next generation of performers at Infinity Dance for many years to come.
HAILEY CHRISTENSEN
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Miss Hailey has been a part of Infinity Dance Family since our inaugural season as a competitive dancer, and we are so excited to welcome her back for another amazing year as an Instructor! A long-time member of our studio family, Hailey now shares her passion and experience as a teacher in both our competitive and recreational programs.
Known for her caring approach and ability to connect with students, Hailey has seen great success in helping her dancers grow in both confidence and skill. She holds her teaching certification through Ready, Set, Dance and is currently completing her Jazz and Tap certifications through the ADAPT Teacher Training School this summer.
Hailey loves working with kids and brings a warm, encouraging energy to every class she teaches. We are thrilled to have her inspiring the next generation of dancers here at Infinity!
AMARA THRALL
INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER

Miss Amara was born and raised in Lethbridge Alberta where her love for dancing began at age three. Over her career as a dance student she has completed all graded levels of RAD ballet, Al Gilbert tap and ADAPT jazz exams but her passion for dancing didn't stop there. After completing two years of university and doing some world travelling, Amara decided she needed to share her passion and love for the art of dance with others. Miss Amara has since then completed her certifications through ADAPT (Jazz and Tap), the Royal Academy of Dance Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies, Ready, Set, Dance teaching program, and most recently received her Level 1 Certificate through the University of Las Vegas! During her time in Las Vegas, she studied anatomy and early childhood development, and spent time continuing her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and HipHop!
Miss Amara is extremely excited to head into her 3rd season with the Infinity Dance team! She looks forward to educating and inspiring young dancers with her knowledge and passion, as well as put her qualifications to wonderful use!
DANIELLE BUYE
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Danielle is the friendly voice behind the phone, the quick reply in your inbox, and the organizational wizard behind the scenes at Infinity Dance! As our amazing Administrative Assistant, she helps keep everything running smoothly—handling communication, registration, scheduling, and so much more with care and efficiency.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Grant MacEwan University and brings not only strong administrative skills, but also a deep understanding of the dance world. Having grown up as a competitive dancer trained in all styles, she combines her business background with firsthand experience in the studio—making her an invaluable part of our team.
We’re so lucky to have Danielle supporting our dancers, families, and staff with her expertise, kindness, and calm presence!
